Recorded 1929--Punch Miller (cornet), Darnell Howard (clarinet), Jimmy Blythe (piano), Jimmy Bertrand (washboard)
Visually, the record is V+V. "I Won't" plays V at the beginning 20- 30 secs and improves to V+. "Isabella" plays a bit better at the beginning, maybe V+V and improves to V+. There's also a dig or needle run on "Isabella" that ticks twice.
I will be auctioning over the coming months, in conjunction with Ebay seller stereojacks, a massive pre-war jazz and blues 78 rpm collection. We plan to both run lists every week, so check back and take a look at stereojacks as well.
78s are graded in accordance with the VJM grading system.
