JOHN COLTRANE - Blue TRAIN - original signed !


Extremely rare stereo original copy signed by John Coltrane 

"John Coltrane Thanks " signature - black ballpoint on back cover to the original owner.


Coltrane played in Paris especially at the Olympia Hall in Nov 17th 1962 and it was probably signed there according to my info. I used to work for the famous jazz magazine during 15 years for your info. 


This version has the "47 West 63rd ? NYC" address on the labels

- No text on spine (check the picture - small defects - less than 5 millimeter)

I bought this rare copy at a auction sale in Paris in 2015 and I will send the original catalog to the lucky winner


Record and cover were described as VG by an expert. Cover is in really nice condition. A little warp, nothing serious. Name of original owner as you can see on my scans (labels, very small sticker on back cover). I did no photoshop on the pictures so this is the actual  condition of the record. Record has several hairlines, I would say condition is between VG/VG+, this record is shiny but is 60 years old !
