JOHN PRINE "Sweet Revenge" Album
In VERY GOOD, VINTAGE condition!
I bought this a few years ago from a used record store and it has been stored in a plastic sleeve.   I always clean my records before I play them and this has been played less than five times.  
Cover has very light wear, mostly around the edges. The label on Side 2 has a small tear near the spindle hole (see last photo). Vinyl is VG++ with the typical light crackles associated with a vintage disc.   I just played it from start to finish and was amazed at how good this still sounds!
