Description
This is Johnny "Scat" Brown on a New Zealand Prestige with Mama Rock and Little Star which is a cover of the Elegants song by The Moon Rockets. This is actually Johnny Powers singing and never released in the states.
Vinyl is a really nice and shiny VG with some light surface scratches. Slight ring wear. There is a slight edge warp that doesn't affect play.
I record the songs using an Audio Technica VM 540 ML needle through a McIntosh C24 preamp. You can hear the song from beginning to needle lift with NO editing of the MP3.
Listen to a sound clip of Mama Rock.
Listen to a sound clip of Little Star.
This is the beginning of the thinning of my 45 year personal collection that consists of, rockabilly, doo-wop, surf and all types novelty records like, Halloween, Christmas, Beatles novelty, Elvis novelty, Break-in, Answer, Trucker and Chipmunk sounds.
