Johnny 'Scat' Brown is of course Johnny Powers and his Rockets and this 45 was only ever released in
Australia and New Zealand under this pseudonym.  The New Zealand copy is obviously
much rarer and highly sought after by serious rock-a-billy / rock'n'roll collectors worldwide.
Little Star is by The Moon Rockets which is Johnny Powers' backing band The Rockets.
