Description

It does'nt get any better than this. Although he came from Mississippi and knew all the greats, he did not get to record until 1956 for a small label. This his second release Prestige/Bluesville #1023 is pure delta style blues from the deep south. He was living in California at the time of these recordings. Rare excellent stuff. 12 songs here. Cover is tape repaired on top seam and part of bottom seam. Spine also has 3" repair. Corners are slightly creased. Back cover has 2 small water spots but not bad. Record is shiny M- and sounds great. Guaranteed!
