Description
Released on the local Washington, PA Acorn label in 1983 with title Living in the Light and this is a nice original copy with only cosmetic flaws. Waxidermy review (link below) from my buddy Rodney is right on point, especially the part where he talks about the artist's being both ahead of their time and behind it. Real odd mix of garage-y throwback rock & soul sounds (some "new wave" even), excellent recording quality, just a real solid grouping of songs. And with some kind of bizarro X factor thing happening. This album is a blast but who could have been their target audience? Tracks include the upbeat "Soul Changes" and "Backslider Blues" and the moody "Why Do You Worry" plus more.
