ORIGINAL THICK 1st PRESS VINYL = EX+/NM (PLAYS EX+)
Both sides of the original thick vinyl are in EX+/NM near new condition, there are no nasty surface marks or scratches at all and both sides have that just pressed look with a very glossy reflective sheen, on closer inspection you will find just a few very feint ultra-fine sleeve hairlines and just one tiny scuff, also on track one of each side there is one quite long but extremely light line, these really are so light that they have absolutely no effect on play at all. This near immaculate original uk pink Island pressing looks, plays and sounds amazing, even the notoriously very quiet track 'MOONCHILD' sounds absolutely stunning with barely even a trace of light background crackle, the sound quality is simply superb and is crisp and clear throughout all tracks, this is just a brilliant original UK first pressing in near new playing condition that will definitely not disappoint.
PINK ISLAND LABELS = NEAR MINT
Both PINK ISLAND labels are in superb near new condition. When tilted toward the light there are just a few light spindle traces visible on each side but these light traces are only due to very careful play.
E.J.DAY MATT GATEFOLD SLEEVE = EXCELLENT+
The original E.J.Day matt gatefold sleeve is in excellent+ condition, there is some consistent wear to the front/top edge and also to the back/bottom edge but apart from this the cover is in brilliant condition. The colours still look amazingly fresh and vibrant with no discolouration or fading at all, also there are no traces of ring-wear which is so common with this sleeve, this is just a brilliant condition original E.J.Day matt gatefold that only suffers from some slithers of edge wear. The original poly-lined inner sleeve is in excellent clean condition but each side has the words 'Record No2' written in blue biro.
This is just a superb original 1969 UK Pink Island pressing of King Crimson's excellent debut progressive rock album.

I really do pack my records very well indeed, the album will be removed from the card cover to avoid seem/edge splits in transit, plenty of rigid cardboard support will be used to avoid corners bending, this album will reach you in the same condition as advertised.
