Description
I’ve been an eBay member for over 17 years with over 1700 100% positive feedback. This is a relatively new account for music and memorabilia only.
Records are visually graded, but I do listen to intros for crackle and clarity, and play through any marks.
KING CRIMSON – LARKS’ TONGUES IN ASPIC – 1st PRESSING A-2U/B-2U SARK – EX/VG
1st Pressing from 1973. Pink-rim palm tree labels. Rear sleeve has no publishing credit for E.G. Music Ltd at the bottom and no printer credit. The Island logo and Basing Street address are in the centre on the rear sleeve. The spine is pinched at both ends. Matrices: ILPS-9230 A-2U SARK and ILPS-9230 B-2U.
Lovely glossy vinyl, just a few light hairlines in a bright light and some tiny marks at start of track two side A, which I’ve played through and couldn’t hear anything nasty. Really a very clean copy.
Both run-ins are almost silent. Side A has a very light crackle that fades into the background after about 30 seconds. Both sides sound great.
Sleeve is VG (probably a bit harsh) because it’s a bit grubby, more so on the back. Corners also a bit scuffed, but nothing really serious.
