CONDITION :

SIDE 1 = EXCELLENT-

Hardly any visible surface marks in normal light. Some very light hairline marks, from where the record has been taken out of it's sleeve over the years, which can, for the most part, only be seen under a strong light. Nothing which causes any adverse effect upon sound quality.

SIDE 2 = EXCELLENT-

Hardly any visible surface marks in normal light. Some very light hairline marks, from where the record has been taken out of it's sleeve over the years, which can, for the most part, only be seen under a strong light. Nothing which causes any adverse effect upon sound quality.

SIDE 3 = EXCELLENT-

Hardly any visible surface marks in normal light. Some very light hairline marks, from where the record has been taken out of it's sleeve over the years, which can, for the most part, only be seen under a strong light. Nothing which causes any adverse effect upon sound quality.

SIDE 4 = VERY GOOD

Some scuff marks on the first track, which cause a few light clicks, as this is such a quiet track. Otherwise, some very light hairline marks, from where the record has been taken out of it's sleeve over the years, which can, for the most part, only be seen under a strong light - none of these cause any adverse effect upon sound quality.

UNLAMINATED GATEFOLD SLEEVE = VERY GOOD

In common with most unlaminated copies of this LP, there is some general wear, and some wear to spine, edges, corners, but no seam splits. Some ring wear. No writing anywhere. Very small tear mark to lower left of the rear of the sleeve. No major creases. Spine has some general wear (see photo), but all text still legible.

BOOKLET = EXCELLENT

No creasing, no rips, tears, writing anywhere, or missing pages.

Condition of discs as stated above. The only noticeable defects are the scuffs on the first track of Side 4, as noted. Lustrous vinyl. Clean labels. No visible spindle marks. Original STEREO mixes of both sides. No skips, jumps, sticking, warps, or writing on labels. Very clean labels. Excellent sound quality throughout, with very little surface noise (except for Side 4, Track 1 as previously mentioned). A very listenable LP. Tested on a Thorens turntable.

Condition of unlaminated gatefold sleeve as stated above. Some general wear - especially to corners, edges and spine. Some ringwear. Gatefold sleeve is "printed in England by Robor Limited"

Original 20-page booklet intact, and in Excellent condition, No creasing, no writing, no missing pages.

Supplied in original plain white inner sleeves with polythene inserts. These are both in Excellent condition, with no seam splits, and very little wear anywhere.

GRADING:

All records are graded using the UK ‘Record Collector’ format:

MINT (M):

The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F): The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
