On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Kinks called 'The Kinks Are The Village Green Preservation Society' and is an ORIGINAL 1968 1st Pressing!!!! THIS LP IS INCREDIBLY RARE AND IMPOSSIBLY HARD TO FIND!!!!  AND THIS ONE IS IN STUNNING CONDITION!!!!  THIS LP IS THE 1968 AUSTRALIAN 1ST PRESSING ON ASTOR - AND IS MEGA RARE (PROBABLY EVEN RARER THAN A UK 1ST PRESSING).  ALTHOUGH THIS LP ISNT A UK 1ST PRESSING - THIS LP IS STILL A 1968 AUSTRALIAN 1ST PRESSING AND SURELY CANNOT BE OVERLOOKED SIMPLY BECAUSE IT IS IN STUNNING CONDITION!!!!  THE LP HAS BARELY BEEN TOUCHED SINCE NEW AND HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  BOTH THE COVER AND RECORD ARE IN STUNNING CONDITION AND IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE TO FIND THIS LP IN THIS CONDITION!!!!  THE COVER ON THIS LP IS INCREDIBLY FRAGILE AND WORE INCREDIBLY QUICKLY - SO IT IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND ONE IN THIS CONDITION!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE PRESSING QUALITY OF THIS AUSTRALIAN 1ST PRESSING IS SUPERB ON MEGA THICK QUALITY VINYL - AND THE SOUND QUALITY IS SIMPLY STUNNING!!!!  THIS IS THE 1968 AUSTRALIAN 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS SILVER/BLACK ASTOR LABEL, AND 1ST PRESS 'STICKERED' GATEFOLD COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS MASSIVELY RARE IN THIS CONDITION - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the original Astor Australian 1st pressing from 1968 and is in STUNNING condition!!!! The record is pressed on MEGA THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is SPLP 1277 on the 1st Press Astor label (see picture) and is an Australian Stereo 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Kinks at their best!!!! Any fan of The Kinks, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS ONLY EVER BEEN PLAYED 2 OR 3 TIMES AT THE VERY MOST!!!! The vinyl is in STUNNING condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is GREAT to find that the record plays as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  There is NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Excellent+ if not better!!!! STUNNING RECORD!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The Gatefold 1st Press 'stickered' Stereo Cover is in STUNNING condition!!!!  The cover has NO edgewear, and barely ANY spinal wear AT ALL, with only the very VERY lightest wear to the absolute 'point' of the spine - but most of the side words are PERFECTLY readable, and there is NO 'holes' in the top bottom of the spine (MEGA rare on this cover)!!!!  The cover has barely ANY creases AT ALL (cover is VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!! The cover has virtually ZERO rubbing with a STUNNING glossy appearance - and there is only the VERY slightest rubbing on the top left front of the cover - though this is VERY faint and the rest of the cover is UNRUBBED!!!!   The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering (MEGA rare on this cover)!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in STUNNING condition with NO grubbyness, NO writing, and NO yellowing!!!!  There is also only VERY slight corner wear - though this is NOT through the colour, and NOT worn through the spine - and this is EXTREMELY rare to find!!!!  There is NO staining, NO writing, NO splits, and NO tears!!!!  Take a look at the pictures - this really is a STUNNING Cover and must grade Excellent (Minus) and is EXTREMELY hard to find in this condition!!!  THIS IS A STUNNING CONDITIONED 1968 1ST PRESSING AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION!!!!  SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MASSIVELY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
