Description
Carpenters / Offering - A&M Records SP-4205 (1969)(US) ...This auction is for the original issue Record Cover only (no record included). It features the original album title and (withdrawn) front cover picture of Karen and Richard Carpenter. This hard to find record was later retitled "Ticket To Ride" and a newer photo of the Carpenters was used (Karen hated this cover also. She thought it made her look like an over-weight Catholic nun).
The Cover is in fairly nice condition and still ideal for framing [record not included]. Cover shows some surface and seam wear (top/bottom opening splits) and back cover shows signs of old water damage (no mold). Item will include an outer plastic sleeve. Satisfaction guaranteed. For payment please use Paypal (other payments are no longer accepted due to eBay’s new policy. If that is a problem, please let them know and contact us to work something out). Payment and Shipping information is listed below but S/H charges will include actual postage rate (plus $1-2 for shipping supplies). All items are shipped worldwide. Specialized shipping is extra ~ Insurance (US prices only) is $3.00 for $5.00 to $250.00 in coverage (Foreign Insurance can be expensive and complicated) ...Thank you (Click the (me) file next to the feedback score for our seller profile)
