Description
UK magazines, featuring Kate Bush on 3 of the covers and containing interviews/articles with photos. Many run to several pages, most are full colour. All magazines in excellent condition unless otherwise stated. As all are complete, they give interesting context to what else was happening on the music scene at the time of publication.
I'm a Kate Bush fan since 1978, and am selling on many of the Kate related music magazines I've collected over the years as I no longer have room for them. The magazines are all in excellent condition, and complete unless otherwise stated. Details below:
19 magazine - Issue October 1982 One and three quarter page exclusive interview with Kate by Jill Eckersley, talking about life, fame, music etc. Includes a cute black and white line drawing of Kate. Please note the free make up item is not included. There is a small area where colour has come off when item was removed from the cover, otherwise magazine in great condition for age, and complete. Dancer Lulu from Legs & Co featured in full page back cover colour ad for Freemans mail order catalogue.
Girl About Town (G) magazine Issue October 30 1989 Very hard to find issue and interview. Kate on cover, small colour photo on contents page, and single full page interview with Kate by Tony Horkins. Features colour photo of Kate by Guido Harari, and discussion about her album The Sensual World.
Kim magazine Issue 33 week ending 4 December 1982 Another hard to find magazine and interview from 1982, complete and in superb condition. Small colour photo of Kate on the cover, plus 2-page interview with lots of black and white photos, and beautiful centre spread full colour poster of Kate wearing a black top and trousers. (If you would like to see a photo of the poster please let me know). Please note: cover has the name 'Wilson' hand written in blue biro in the bottom left hand corner by newsagent.
Lean Living magazine issue No. 4 October/November 1986 Hard to find magazine and interview. Kate on cover, 2-page feature with a full page black and white photo of Kate. Kate discusses her early years, and her health and diet regime. Please note: the free make up item form the cover is not included.
Will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For in protective packaging, multiple purchases will be boxed and postal discount made where applicable. I have had to add postage costs or I'd be giving these away free. Still good value per item and cheaper than others on eBay.
