 So rare, I cannot even find reference to it on the web.

Black vinyl 12", 33rpm.

I believe there is an embossed and non embossed cover for UK. This one does have a slight edge between the blue and white, so I guess that is embossed.

Inner sleeve is original. White paper with plastic liner.
