LEE MORGAN "CANDY", 100% ORIGINAL 1958 MONO BLUE NOTE FIRSTPRESSING USA BLP 1590, on 47 West 63rd St. adress label, "DEEP GROOVE" label, NO "R" on labelname, with "RVG" stamped and "EAR" etched in dead wax area. The record is cleaned and completely audiochecked: The heavy record with a couple of slight surfacehairlines and paperscuffs, nothing really deep, looks very good+ and plays excellent; still super sound/dynamic, crackles a bit slightly in places (has not much of it!), both labels are clean (vg++). The halfLAMINATED jacket is a bit stainy on rearside, cornerwear (topleft hand one a bit stronger), hint of split at top edge, spine is readable, still nice, in very good+ (vg+, smsplt) shape too! FANTASTIC HARD BOP record and EXTREMELY RARE ...
