You are looking at a BLUE NOTE release (BLP 1578) of LEE MORGAN "The Cooker" vinyl lp.

The jacket has a piece of clear tape that runs half the length of the top edge and the full length of the spine. There is also some creasing in the upper left front corner and a name "Gary Beck" in the upper left back corner, so the jacket grades at VG.

A visual inspection of the disc found minor surface scuffs and grades as VG+.

I  have played this in its entirety without any problems; there were, however, some pops and background noise. It was graded according to the GOLDMINE grading standards.
