Description
LP Elvis Presley Self-Titled RCA Victor LPM-1254 1st Pressing. This is the original printed in the U.S.A. release for the U.S. Armed Forces stationed in Germany that was distributed in 1956 and 1957. The cover and the record label read Printed in U.S.A. In the trail-off area of the record Manufactured in Germany is machine stamped. The cover reads LPM-1254 on both sides. It has the PX stamp on the back cover. The cover is not the same heavy stock used for the U.S. release. It is of lighter grey in color. The album slic is smooth and shiny on both sides. This is considered quite rare. You can verify this on elvisrecords.com. It has not been tested. The top of cover is torn all the way past midway of the spine. The sleeve is completely torn and in poor condition. The cover has staining on both sides. The record has light scratches. The record is a little dusty on both sides, I'll let the buyer clean it, I don't want to cause more damage. Look at pics.
