LP Roy Ayers Ubiquity - He's Coming - Polydor White Label Promo PD 5022 Jazz Funk.

I know next to nothing about record grading but tried to go by Goldmine standards so please ask questions if you have any. I think the vinyl is in better condition than the sleeve and with just a few light scuffs would guess it is a VG+. I played it all the way through and it played fine. On the gatefold sleeve the back half that holds the vinyl has a bottom seam split about 3/4 across and a top seam split almost as much. It has ring/shelfwear and wear at the corners and edges. I would guess that the sleeve is a G+ to VG. Also comes with a promotion slip.
