The happenings four + 1 is a Japanese psychedelic/space rock band from 70' which what created when vocalist/keyboardist Nobuhiko Shinohara joined psych/pop band "The Happenings Four". Under the Happenngs four + 1 moniker they restringsd one great album called "the long trip" (aka Hikishio Michishio) in 1971. They played mainly organ and piano oriented prog rock with evident late 60' psych techniques.
