Description
Up for auction is a factory sealed copy of the Lynyrd Skynyrd album "Second Helping" originally released in the U.S. on MCA Records (MCA-413) in 1974.
-Guaranteed early pressing
-Original paste-down back cover
-"Sounds Of The South" symbol on back cover
-Sealed factory shrink wrap w/ breathe holes
-No UPC/bar code on cover
-Not a record club pressing
-Not a recent reissue like most sealed copies on eBay
-A real piece of Rock N' Roll history!
Note:
The back cover has a paste-down slick instead of the pre-printed one-piece back covers that were used on later pressings. These paste-down covers were used only on the authentic early pressings.
Condition:
The cover looks very nice, the shrink wrap is intact, no splits, no tears. Has the factory breathe holes, indicating that this copy has not been resealed. No creases on the cover, and corners are nice, with one tiny bump on one corner.
Back cover looks nice, too, but also shows some very light tiny spotting or "rash" under the shrink (see photos)--it's not serious, but it's there if you look carefully. The record lies flat, no signs of any warpage or having been stored improperly. Overall, a very attractive cover!
Grade: Excellent (EX)
The vinyl is presumed to be in Mint (M) condition, unopened, never played.
Note:
I do not accept returns on sealed albums once they have been opened. This is standard policy for the vintage record industry.
Combined Shipping:
Yes, I offer significant combined shipping discounts. Just ask!
International Shipping:
Because of unreliable postal services, buyers in France and Italy must pay for Expedited international shipping, which includes tracking and insurance. I've had too many records lost or damaged shipping to these countries.
100% satisfaction guaranteed, no risk buying. My 100% positive feedback allows you to buy with confidence. Returns accepted, no questions asked.
