DESCRIPTION: Led Zeppelin 3rd LP- Led Zeppelin III. Complete original UK early plum/red label copy with machine stamped matrix ending A5/B5, ("So Mote It Be", Do What Thou Wilt") and thick heavy laminated UK gate-fold sleeve with rotating wheel and quilted inner edge. Comes in correct original "Plastic Bags Can Be Dangerous" inner bag dated 0770. Packed this weighs over 500gm so overseas postage is as for a double. Postage cost includes box or cruciform mailer and tracked postage. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Atlantic DE LUXE 2401 002. YEAR OF RELEASE: 1971. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/EX. Vinyl is clean with a nice dark sheen and very near to visual EX. Tilted to light a few very light hairlines just about prevent visual EX grade but have no effect on playback. Played majority of this this morning on my budget deck. Sits flat on turntable. Plays EX. Music is clean, clean, vibrant and loud. Cover is in nice clean shape, average to lower end EX. It is firm and square and has only light edge wear, light corner wear and light creasing. Rotatting wheel is securely attached and fully working. Really clean labels - check out the photos. Original white inner has no splits, a couple of short tears around centre and otherwise light wear. No writing, stickers or sticker tears. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER LZ/PUNK/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
