🔍 Identification & Authenticity

This copy is the true UK first pressing – the finalised October 1970 release with the correct Celebration Day spelling, Warner Bros. publishing, and the legendary A5/B5 Crowley-etched lacquers.
Earlier “Celebration” labels were pre-release test versions only, never sold to the public.
The Crowley inscriptions (“Do what thou wilt / So mote it be”) appear solely on these original master lacquers – personally approved by Jimmy Page and cut by George Peckham.

This pressing delivers phenomenal analogue sound – wide open midrange, visceral presence, deep articulate bass, and sparkling top end. When properly cleaned, it remains one of the most dynamic and three-dimensional UK rock LPs ever issued.

💎 Collector Notes

🎧 The A5/B5 Crowley cut is universally regarded as the finest-sounding version of Led Zeppelin III.
📀 The 1070 inner nails the release window of October 1970 perfectly.
🪶 Sleeve art by Zacron – this example retains full lamination gloss and smooth wheel operation.
🔥 An investment-grade UK first press with breathtaking audio fidelity and presentation – a benchmark copy for serious collectors.

✅ Final Note

Each record has been carefully cleaned in a HumminGuru Sonic vinyl cleaner, visually inspected and play-tested.
