Description

An original 1st press  from '79 - complete. Usually either the inner has been coloured or the brown bag is absent or knackered. Nice to see it all complete and in such good condition. Matrix A5/B5 - 1st cut. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original cover. We also have the bespoke inner sleeve too along with the outer brown bag. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Vg+) In great condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of light marks per side, a touch of light frosting in one spot - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with a couple of deviations. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. A very clean player and an excellent bookmark to Zep's phenomenal run in the 70's. A few crackles as side 1 starts up - this soon dissipates, and again in 'Crawl'. A couple of isolated ticks in 'All Of My Love' - minimal.  Overall an excellent level of reproduction.
Cover (Ex-) A really nice clean and unworn front. Seems to have avoided the ageing process. The rear is in good condition too with some creasing. Minimal edge wear. Spine 98% intact - really nice and square. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex-) No colouring! Slight ageing. No splits.
Brown bag (Ex-) Superb - unusual to see it like this. Neat name a top one side. Otherwise - very tidy.
