Really nice copy,rare original PLUM pressing with early A3/B4 matrix numbers..The „Under license” text is printed in the white strip, there’s a „Kinney Music Ltd./Superhype Music Inc.” credit  and " Misty mountain top" misspelt on the label ..

Has the  original brown inner sleeve,has a small rip on the top and clear tape on two edges..

A  copy of the VERY same pressing just recently sold for 415.80 in pretty much the same condition ...

cover:  original unlaminated GF cover , superb  clean EX condition ..... corners are  pretty nice with light wear,opening edges are straight and sharp,NO signs of heavy use AT ALL..inside is very nice and clean…spine is nice square with VERY light rubbing…no rips,tears,splits or any other damages....

record,visual:   superb clean  EX  with few LIGHT and  non-audible surface hairlines caused by the inner sleeve….it still retains it’s beautiful original sheen and it looks GREAT  !!!

record,audio: NO  LOUD POPS/CLICKS,NO SKIPS/JUMPS OR STICKING, VERY LIGHT  BACKGROUND NOISE CAN BE DETECTED HERE AND THERE  BUT IT’S NOT INTRUSIVE OR OVERWHELMING -THIS COPY HAS BEEN SITTING DORMANT IN MY COLLECTION FOR MANY YEARS SO A DUST BUILD-UP IS VERY LIKELY THE REASON OF IT....FEW PROFESSIONAL CLEANS WILL MOST LIKELY GET RID OF MOST OF THE STATIC NOISE WHICH THERE ISN'T  TOO MUCH OF ANYWAY..

labels:   Very nice and clean  with light  spindle hole marks …2401012A-3 and 2401012B-4 matrix numbers…”Pecko duck” etched on side A and „Porky” on side B  ..no tears,stamps or any other damages...

Gradings: I ALWAYS TRY TO DO MY BEST IN GIVING ACCURATE,HONEST AND VERY STRICT GRADINGS BY USING THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

I ALSO USE  PLUS (+) AND MINUS (-) IF THE CONDITION FALLS BETWEEN TWO GRADES.

VINYL WILL FIRST BE INSPECTED VISUALLY VERY CAREFULLY UNDER STRONG LIGHT..I DON'T HAVE TIME TO PLAY EVERY SINGLE RECORD  FROM START TO END ( WHO DOES ? ) - HOWEVER,I  TESTPLAY SKIPPING THROUGH  TRACKS ON BOTH SIDES ( INCLUDING RUN-IN,RUN-OUT GROOVES AND THE SPACES BETWEEN TRACKS ) TO CHECK THE OVERALL PLAYBACK  QUALITY.

ALL TESTPLAYING IS DONE ON TOP QUALITY EQUIPMENT- LINN SONDEK WITH ITTOK TONEARM AND BENZ MICRO GLIDER S MOVING COIL CARTRIDGE,McINTOSH TUBE AMPMS AND AMT ESS HEIL SPEAKERS.
