1968 UK *1st STEREO* PRESSING
**NEAR MINT DISC**
This NEAR MINT & rare 1968 stereo 1st pressing is on the UK dark green Apple/Track label: 613012 (SAPCOR 2)
Both labels carry the 'Sold in UK..' text and 'Apple Records..' rims.
A rare 'KT' tax/price code is visible on the side 1 label.
Housed in a fully laminated 'Technink' printed cover with the text on the 'rear' panel.
Complete with its original die-cut, matt black inner-sleeve.
Matrix numbers: SAPCOR 2A-1 & SAPCOR 2B-1
Stamper numbers: 1/T & 1/GP

Visual: NEAR MINT
Both surfaces are MINT viewed in natural light and reveal just a few minor sleeve storage marks only when viewed directly under a halogen desk lamp.
Otherwise, this is a pristine, unblemished disc with no other marks or any scratches to either side.
Audio: NEAR MINT
Possible played only once, this superb sounding disc plays and sounds totally 'as new'.
Carefully listening at volume reveals no clicks, pops, crackle, groovewear or any other trace of audible wear.
Cover: EXCELLENT MINUS
A respectable example of this fragile cover whith just minor ageing but no major faults.
As usual for this cover, there is some laminate lift on both panels towards the spine & a faint disc disc impression from storage.
There is a bump to the upper left and a slight bruising to the lower ones. However, both opening edges are unworn & undamaged.
Both seams and the unworded spine are strong and unsplit.
