Description
Leoncavallo - I Pagliacci - with choruses from Verdi on Side 4
Two Records. Columbia SAX 2399 & 2400 Blue Silver Stereo 1st issue
Record 1 is in M- Condition for both the vinyl and the sleeve, barely a mark of any sort on it.
Record 2 is EX+ The LP has a small mark on Side 4 only, a surface scuff not feelable and having no affect on playback. The sleeve has just a small knock which has made a little tear on the right side of the top flipback. There is no loss from this, or any other damage.
A beautiful, well kept example of this set
I have a collection of 250+ classical LPs that I willbe putting up on Ebay over the nextweeks. There are many rare items. Many SXL - ASD - SAX - RCA Living Stereo, Deutsche Grammophon and other recordings, mostly original pressings. There are many sought after artists andconductors; Ida Haendel -Ruggiero Ricci- Campoli – Milstein - Furtwangler - Argenta - Kogan and others.
There is no way I can listen to all of these LPs. I will describe the records as exactly as Ican and, in the case where I can seeanything I would consider to be an issue with the vinyl, ie something that is very noticeable, I will play at leastthe affected part of that item andreport the results. In describing them I will grade them as carefully, visually,as I can. If there are any issues I havemissed they will be very small, as Iwill be looking at them carefully in bright light, with a critical eye. I do not guarantee they will be completely free of the occasional popor click. However, I would expectthat a good clean would improve the playback if there are any. Please bear in mind that some of these early Stereo pressings are 50 to 55 years old andwill have accumulated some dust and dirt, however carefully they were kept. Basically, I will try to describe them ascarefully as if you were looking at themin a shop.
These records will be posted signed for, as thisguarantees tracking. For guideline(approx.) prices:
UK - £4-5for a single record under £50
Europe£8 for a single record under £50
Asia £12 for asingle record valued under £50
I cansend without insurance, but this means I cannot refund if lost or damaged, so this is not recommended.
please wait for the invoice, as Ebaycharges for these two LPs will not be correct
