Gombau: Seven Airs of Aragon/Arambarri: Eight Basque Songs

Jacket: Sealed, blue back cover in perfect condition, except the plastic wrap was partially lifted to write a small number on the back corner.
These lovely folklore inspired song cycled were composed in 1956 and 1931, respectively. They are sung by the great, silver-toned Spanish mezzo soprano, Teresa Berganza. This is perhaps the most desirable and interesting early blue back solo issues sung by Berganza. I cannot guarantee the condition and pressing of a sealed record but it looks sure like an early pressing and you can always trust London's quality.
Payments via PayPal will get immediate shipment. Money order, cashier's check, personal checks (in US$ drawn from a bank in the USA only!) are acceptable but shipment will have to wait for clearance.
Shipping is $3.50 to US lower 48. $0.50 for each additional record. Sending 1 disc to Asia by airmial is $13. Each additional disc for $3 more. Sending 1 disc to Europe by airmail is $12. Each additional disc for $2 more. Surface mail overseas is not recommended but can be arranged by request. Please count box set with one extra disc for its weight. Combined Shipment: Sending single disc (especially overseas) is both risky and expensive. If paid in full, I can hold the discs and combine with future winners from my weekly auctions. Please email your request after auction ends.
Grading System:
New (or Sealed): Never played copy, could be still sealed.
Mint (M): An ideal, a concept, but almost never achieved, as even brand new records (especially early issues from the ‘50’s and ‘60’s) may have pressing flaws, paper scuffs, or simply noisy from inferior vinyl material or stampers. I’m yet to grade a used record mint.
Near Mint (NM): A nearly perfect record. The record should show either no signs of wear, or a few, faint marks may exist but do not produce noticeable noise (NM- in this case).
Excellent (EX): A well taken care of record will show some signs that it has been played and handled carefully by a previous owner. Some surface marks may exist but they are mostly shallow and not obtrusive to affect listening enjoyment.
Very Good (VG): Either the surface marks are more numerous, or they will generate noticeable sound (occasional ticks and pops).
Good (G): Deep scratches, or well worn surface as a result of mishandling. Will have consistent noise. Still plays but generally not offered unless it is a super rarity item.
I have more than 20 years of record colleting experience and must have flipped through more than a million of used records in all kinds of conditions. Most of my grading you find in my auctions are visual due to time constraint. Although I can judge the condition of a record fairly accurately by visual inspection, errors and misjudgments may happen. Opinions also diverge once visible marks start to show on records. Therefore, I will do my best to do at least spot check on a high-resolution system (TNT IV, Grahm 2.1, Clavis DC, etc.) whenever I have doubts and most likely I’ll describe the discrepancy if visual and play grades differ. Any damage or markings on the cover will be reported.
