Here we offer a quite nice, VG to near VG+/EX- ORIGINAL FIRST PRESS long OUT-OF-PRINT U.S. Amos AAS-7007 LP, the excellent self-titled album by Longbranch Pennywhistle! Issued in 1969, this is fine country-rock, "rural" psych, by Glenn Frey and J.D. Souther, assisted by Ry Cooder, James Burton & others! The gatefold cover is quite clean overall, with light partial ringwear & signs of light wear, slight partial edgewear, an upper left "clipped corner", and a "sunned" spine (color faded from light)...see photo! Thus, we've graded this a STRONG VG to near VG+! The vinyl is a seldom played, beautifully maintained, shiny & clean EX-! Side One has some extremely SLIGHT, FINE, SMALL SUPERFICIAL hairlines...nice gloss and very clean. Side 2 has some occasional, VERY SLIGHT, FINE HAIRLINES as well, probably from taking the LP in & out of the innersleeve. A nice overall grade on a tough-to-find LP! Now offered at silly starting bid, with NO RESERVE!
