Description
MAGIC DIRT, limited edition (1000 copies) 2x7” EP, issued in 1997. While Disc Two is your standard black vinyl, Disc One, unusually, appears to be a marbled black colour, definitely not misting. The track 'Total Control' is a version of the song originally recorded by American band The Motels
Vinyl, first record VG+, light scratch on side two of disc, but plays perfectly + second record, EX
Sleeve EX, very clean
Tracks:
Disc One:
A. Sparrow
B. Total Control
Disc Two:
A. Pristine Christine (recorded live at Meredith 1996)
B. Redhead (recorded live at Meredith 1996)
Record
EX
May have one or two visible imperfections (i.e. sleeve scuffs, faint scratches, or other superficial marks) that will not affect play
VG+
A few visible imperfections. These may include sleeve scuffs, light scratches, or other superficial marks
VG
Same imperfections found on VG+ records but in slightly greater numbers. Records graded VG and above will typically not have any scratches that are deep enough to be felt with a fingernail
VG-
A number of visible imperfections; the presence of a considerable number of light scratches will force a VG- grade, as will the presence of significant isolated defects such as scratches deep enough to be felt with a fingernail
G
Pervasive imperfections of varying degrees including both light scratches and scratches deep enough to be felt with a fingernail. G+ and G- are used to indicate stronger and weaker copies within this range
Cover
EX
Some minor wear or stains but no significant damage
VG+
Some small corner wear and some small split, some small sticky tape bits
VG
Same imperfections found on VG+ but larger, minor ring wear, little writing
VG-
Sleeve has some significant splits, ring wear or writings that damage the entire design
G
Poor condition, water damage
