Description
ALL GOODS ARE NOW SHIPPED FROM THE USA TO ENSURE THE LOWEST POSSIBLE SHIPPING COST!!
You are bidding on a 45rpm vinyl record issued by FRUITS DE MER. This label specializes in cover versions of mainly psychdelic and progressive rock of the late '60s/early 1970's. Their records are highly sought by collectors due to the low number of copies they press (usually 300 to 500 of each title) and to the high quality they put into the artwork and manufacturing. The majority of their catalogue (over 95%) is on colored vinyl. Many of their releases include a "freebie" such as a sticker or poster. All photos in this listing are of the actual record and color of vinyl you will receive. Most records were played once carefully by me and recorded to CD. In some cases they may be unplayed but for consistency I am listing all as being in NEAR MINT condition.

Note To International Buyers:
Some gatefold sleeve 45s were manufactured with thicker cardboard guage and as a result may increase the total weight of packaging. This in turn will result in higher postage costs for the international buyer. While I try to be as specific as possible it should be noted that if a packaged 45 destined for International delivery exceeds the maximum weight for the postage cost indicated then I will advise the buyer and he/she can decide whether or not they still require the item. My postage costs are kept as low as possible but I cannot subsidize additional postage costs. In these instances, which rarely occur, the buyer can cancel the sale without any penalty.
Pictures:
All pictures displayed for this listing are of the actual item being sold. Due to lighting conditions a picture may be slightly lighter or darker than the actual item.
About Me:
I have been collecting vinyl records for the past 40 years. I have been doing mail-order of vinyl records for 25+ years. I know what record collectors are looking for and so I grade my records very strictly.I also know how to properly package records and use the correct packaging. All packages are properly addressed - your address is copied directly from your Paypal accoount, pasted to paper then taped on the package. I cannot make a mistake in addressing your package (unless you made the error yourself!). My return address is always on the parcel. Records are removed from their respective sleeves when packaged.
Terms and Conditions:
By placing a bid on this item you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions listed below as regards grading, shipping and returns.
GRADING:
Sleeves are graded first followed by the vinyl. Example: EX/VG means that the sleeve is in excellent condition and the actual vinyl record is in Very Good condition. Where there is only one grade as in VG this means that the record does not come with a picture sleeve or jacket. Usually this applies only to 45s as all LP records I sell have jackets.
All records are strictly graded according to the guidelines of Record Collector magazine and the 2012 Record Collector Rare Record Price Guide.
M = Mint The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioation in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EX = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
F = Fair: The record is still just playable but has been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
P = Poor: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The record and contents will be badly damaged, or partly missing.
B = Bad: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only used as a collection-filler.
SHIPPING INFO:
Although I am situated in Canada all items are shipped by the United States Postal System (USPS). Goods are shipped once a week on Friday or Saturday. Shipping merchandise from the US ensures that you have the very lowest postal rate. Since the closest US Postal Office is 60 miles away, I accumulate parcels and travel there once per week – usually Friday or Saturday. I arrange to have my auctions end on Sunday evenings then invoice the customers, wait for the Paypal payments and then package the goods. All packages are carefully packaged and are properly identified with my return address.
The time span for a parcel to reach a USA customer is approximately two (2) weeks from the date the auction ends. Goods are usually shipped to US customers by media mail and include a US postal Service Confirmation Receipt in order to track your parcel. For Canadian and International customers please expect delivery in two (2) to three (3) weeks from the time the auction has ended. Surprisingly, shipping to a Canadian address from the US is less expensive than shipping the goods from within Canada.
Please consider the above when leaving feedback on E-Bay. As I am situated in Canada and getting you the very lowest postage rate by shipping from the USA the transit time is five (5) to six (6) days longer due to the consolidation of packages and then driving to the USA. Taking the above in consideration it would be appreciated if you left a five star rating on E-Bay in all categories.
Shipping costs include packaging and postage. There are no handling costs. Packaging costs are absorbed by myself.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Problem with your purchase? Please advise me within three days of receiving the merchandise and before leaving any feedback. On occasions problems can occur and I am there to correct them. All goods are guaranteed and returns are accepted. Money is refunded as soon as I receive the goods.
Note that I am not responsible for the content of any item sold. For example, if you don't like the music on any particular record this is not a good reason to return that item. Please be careful when buying - if I am selling a vinyl LP then do not expect to get a CD. If you make such a mistake (or similar) then you will have to live with that mistake. I cannot refund goods under these circumstances so please ask if you are not sure before placing a bid.
