TITLE : Meet The Residents
LABEL : Ralph (RR0274)
CONDITION (cover/record) : EX / NM
First pressing from 1974 on Ralph. Vinyl is in great condition. Cover shows a bit of yellowing at edges and 3 slightly worned corners. Included here is a 1978 handwritten letter from The Cryptic Corporation in San Francisco to this lucky French collector, and signed by John Kennedy. The PS part in the end which says "...we are now out of original Meet The Residents"... is actually crossed out, and the PPS at the very bottom of the letter says : "One last copy, deep in the studio, of the original Meet The Residents"!!!
This record, and others that will be posted over the next few weeks are part of a special collection of mostly mint-condition first-release NEW WAVE / INDUSTRIAL / POST-PUNK / COLD WAVE records that have gone untouched for nearly 20 years, and which have been recovered upon the death of the original owner.
