New = Near mint.  The only reason I grad it near mint is the fact that I opened shrink to inspect vinyl.   Recorded at half-speed.  Audiophile quality remastered on heavy 180 gram 2 x LP vinyl!!!  Never played, visually inspected only...  As all collectors know, vinyl can be sealed yet still have factory imperfections especially if not packed properly for shipping.  I can't tell you how many times I have purchased a brand new factory sealed LP only to open it and find it in less than perfect condition.  These LP's are in excellent, lustrous condition!
I'll even throw in a new clear plastic sleeve protector for this classic masterpiece!!!!  A must have for any true Thrash and Speed Metal fan!
