Original Swiss press vinyl 7" Single (Extended Play) "The Metronome Quintet At The Expo 70",
comes on blue labels, Emi Columbia 3E 012-33554, manufactured in 1970,
very rare due to the small edition, never repressed.

Condition: NEAR MINT to MINT/ NEAR MINT (vinyl unplayed, from archive,
cardboard cover in pristine shape, you will not find a better copy)

Fantastic Eastern tinged deep jazz on both sides with funky opener.
Impossible to find vinyl EP by legendary Swiss band around Bruno Spoerri on Saxophones,
running over 13 minutes. Recorded May 1970 in Zurich after the band returned from the Expo in
Osaka, where they performed these 3 tracks: killer vibes, sax, piano, organ, bass, drums and percussion sounds only to be found on this very rare EP.
Tracks: Expo Blues (Spoerri), Hadaka No Shima (Hayashi), Japan Suite (Trad. arranged Spoerri)
Comes from my private record collection, please also take a look at my other auctions –
Rare Jazz/ Library/ Funk!

Payment is expected within 7 days upon receipt of invoice. Please do not send cash before you receive my invoice.
I prefer paypal!
