Side 1/Side 2: Weak VG+: Some faint surface scuffs & scratches, a few lightly feelable very small scratches, some light surface noise or crackle in parts, still pretty clean, plays nice.
Label: Yellow/Black. "PRESTIGE RECORDS, Inc., 203 South Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J." Deep Groove on both sides.
Matrix: "RVG" machine stamp on both sides.

Sleeve Grading: Very Good Plus (VG+)

Front/Back: Laminated cover, some minor shelf wear, stain on edges.
