Description
MILES DAVIS KIND OF BLUE ORIG MONO DG COLUMBIA 6-EYE LP
An original mono deep groove 6-eye label pressing of Miles Davis' classic 1959 LP Kind Of Blue (Columbia CL 1355), featuring the all-star backing of Cannonball Adderly, Paul Chambers, James Cobb, John Coltrane, Bill Evans, and Wynton Kelly.
The cover is very good plus due to some ring and edge wear, a fair amount of scratching and scuffing, its original ($2.98!) price tag in the upper right-hand corner of its back, and a number of seam splits (the entire bottom - repaired by a previous owner with a small piece of tape in the middle - along with a split running down all but a couple of inches of the spine, and another split running across roughly half of the top). The LP itself has matrix numbers of XLP47324-1D on side one and XLP47325-1D on side two and is very good plus as well, its only troublesome patch being a scratch at the top of side two that causes a bit of a tick for the first 30 seconds or so of the side.
To protect your investment, this LP - as with all vinyl purchased at The Great Escape Online - will be placed in a new plastic outer sleeve prior to packing and shipping.
