MTUME UMOJA ENSEMBLE "ALKEBU-LAN - LAND OF THE BLACKS" LP - On Strata East Records, #SES-1972-4 (stereo).  This is the original U.S. double LP pressing - NOT A MODERN REISSUE.  Monster spiritual jazz masterpiece recorded August 29, 1971 in Brooklyn N.Y. and featuring Mtume, Carlos Garnett, Leroy Jenkins, Ndugu, Gary Bartz, Stanley Cowell and Buster Williams.  The vinyl is in NM condition (beautiful sheen)!!  There are a few light sleeve lines on side D only that do not affect play.  The gatefold cardboard cover is in excellent shape and displays wonderfully with just a hint of ringwear.  Small portion of top seam taped very discreetly.  NO cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking.
