MU LP - MU (RTV RTV-300)
Original 1972 U.S. WHITE LABEL PROMO stereo LP. RARE, first pressing PROMOTIONAL COPY of MERRELL FRANKHAUSER's legendary MU debut album, w/ it's left-of-center, twisted Beefheart-ish blues rock spin, mixed w/ inspired psychedelia. Features the great textured front cover & the AWESOME silver foil back cover. Includes original lyric sheet. Also includes original record company promo news blurb, hyping an upcoming MU special live broadcast. Disc, cover & inserts all in SMASHING condition - a definite 'must have' for any/all psych fans/collectors, to be sure.
Disc = EX+ to NEAR MINT- (HIGH GLOSS - plays SUPER, w/ NO distortion, only a few lite background ticks scattered & virtually NO background noise to speak of; a TERRIFIC listen, definitely)
Cover = see pix; tiny wear in 3 corners; some wear on top & bottom edges; spine = A-OK; cutout hole; any questions?, please ask
Labels = see pix; just 1 spindle mark by center hole
