fue lanzado el 8 de febrero de 1965 por Ascot Records (una subsidiaria de United Artists) con una lista de canciones muy diferente a la version britanica
Esta versión está más orientada al pop, ya que presenta 'Sha La La', 'Come Tomorrow', y 'Hubble Bubble (Toil and Trouble)'; así como las composiciones hechas por el cantante principal Paul Jones y el tradicional número de folk estadounidense 'John Hardy'. También presenta las influencias de R&B y jazz de la banda. Es esencialmente un álbum completamente diferente, que comparte solo dos canciones con el lanzamiento en el Reino Unido ('I'm Your Kingpin' y 'You've Got to Take It'):
