Description
Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: Manic Street Preachers – Gold Against the Soul - Original Vinyl LP album 1993.
Original 1993 Pressing.
No buy it now’s or offers accepted thank you. Auction only.
Vinyl Condition: VG (Some light sleeve rubs and light sleeve lines but is in good condition. There are a few pressing pimples in places on both sides which cause the odd pop. Some of the pops are very light and a few are louder but nothing awful. Apart from that the record plays great with nice rich sound. No sticks or jumps. Classic album.).
Inner Sleeve Condition: Fair (Inner sleeve has been exposed to moisture at some point as it has lots of crinkles on both sides. It is otherwise ok but is downgraded due to the crinkles).
Outer Sleeve Condition: G (Some edge and corner wear visible and some edge creases. There are some small surface scrapes towards the opening edge on the front. Some scuffing towards the bottom of the spine and on the back of the sleeve near the spine. There is a small scrape in on the front of the sleeve in the middle which hasrevealed some white card. Otherwise decent condition for its age).
I grade my records as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
If you would like further information on sleeve or record condition then please email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Please note: Due to the large amount of CD’s and records that I am selling, I don’t have time to include the track listings. If the track listing is important to you then please email me and I will send you the track list.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR POSTAGE ADDRESS IS UP TO DATE AND CORRECT BEFORE BIDDING.
Cheers and happy bidding
