Description
Original pressing of legendary 10 inches on DISCOPHILES FRANCAIS label (reference DF 13) of the great Marcelle MEYER (piano solo) playing BACH “Concerto Italien” & “Fantaisie chromatique et fugue”. A must for Bach collectors.
Cover is VG+ : no writing, no tear but the bottom spine is split. As the split follows exactly the spine line this is not disturbing as long as the cover is put inside a plastic outer cover. Otherwise, light wear at edges.
Record is VG : Visually only a few tiny hairline marks, nothing serious - very clean. But it plays with a bit of background surface noise. Only a small number of real front clicks (I played both sides all the way while grading. I use an ortofon cartridge with a Concorde DJ stylus tracked at 3 grams).
Labels : Mint. No writing, no damage.
In summary, not a perfect copy but still a very enjoyable one, with acceptable defaults.
