This record is in Near Mint condition. Still sealed (never opened)

Stored vertically in a sealed box since day one.

The front cover sticker is peeling slightly (see picture)

There is a hole in the shrink wrap on the back cover. This has been there from new, possibly caused by the shrink wrap over stretching during manufacture. (See picture)
