Description

Rare 1984 Metallica Radio promo "Fade to Black". Fade to Black (6:56) on both sides.

 Early Elektra very limited release with both Elektra & Megaforce Records logo on label.

Promotional Copy Not For Sale also on label.

 Vinyl, inner plain white sleeve, and outer sleeve all mint, vinyl never played.

 I had a question on this and I thought I'd add the asnwer here also in case this information is important to any of you other collectors. The first stuff below is on the vinyl around the label and the second is on the label itself.

"ST-ED-5042-A-2" then "MASTERDISK" then "OB-20765-2" then "SLM" then a triangle then "8953" then "1-1" . On the label it's ST-ED-5042-A-AR.

I added the close up pic of the label. After doing some surfing on the web it looks like the 5042 AR is usually a colored vinyl but this one is black.
