Greetings fellow vinyl fans. Welcome to my auctions. Its time again, time to do Spring cleaning. This week I am running some amazing auctions. I will be selling off some of my personal collection..some really great gems that I havent listened to in awhile or that I am happy with my audiophile re-issues. I hate to do it, but I gotta..too many outstanding bills and this baby isnt getting enough attention from me, so off she goes to another fan. I purchased this piece last year at a record show for top dollar. I hate to do, but I am setting a small reserve so I can atleast recover some of my money. I lost out big time on a Davy Graham album last week. Anyway, here it goes
Very rare, and all original press of Kind of Blue by Miles Davis. This IS the jazz piece to have. You are bidding on an original, 6 eyes, 1st press mono copy. CL 1355. The side A stampers are XLP47325-1A side b XLP47325-1C.
Grade: I give the vinyl a VG++ grading, it is super clean, plays perfect, however there are two cosmetic scratches on side 2 (again, cosmetic, not felt or heard). The record plays PERFECT!!! there are no clicks or anything, not even in the deadwax. AGAIN, A PERFECT PLAY
Cover: Cover grades between VG+ and VG++, it does show some signs of wear (of course its old too), but over all has maintained its original composition. There is some seam wear (minimal), but not splittage, THERE IS NO WRITING on the cover or NO WRITING ON THE LABEL ITSELF. NO other nasties. Low reserve, a true original....thx!
