Description


This is a rare deep-groove RVG-stamped test pressing of Miles Davis “Steamin’” on the white “Abbey” labels of Prestige PRLP 7200.  The playing surface has a few inaudible scuffs/handling marks, with a nice luster; perhaps played once or twice.  The laminated cover is in excellent condition – bright and clean throughout – with “PREVIEW COPY” stamped on the right edge of the back slick. 

 

Personnel include John Coltrane, Red Garland, Paul Chambers, and Philly Joe Jones.
