This is a TRULY AWESOME copy of NICK DRAKE's folk/psych rarity called BRYTER LAYTER on the original PINK RIM/PALM TREE Island label.

This is one of the rarest and most difficult to find UK LPs especially in this NEAR MINT CONDITION. This record is absolutely fabulous - it retains all its original oily lustre (see pictures) and has only three of the very lightest 'paper' marks which are only visible under very bright light to show that it has ever been out of its sleeve. There is absolutely no reduction in the playing quality at all - NO POPS, NO CRACKLE, NO TRACK NOISE, NOTHING TO INTERFERE WITH AURAL PLEASURE.

The LABELS are beautiful as you can see with no wear or writing - just about perfect.

The SLEEVE is fantastic - flat with sharp unworn edges including razor sharp opening edges. The SPINE is straight and unworn and the writing completely legible. The CORNERS are sharp and unworn - hardly ever found with this LP. Serious collectors will know that this textured cover did not wear well over the years and many copies of this LP with excellent vinyl are let down by a tired cover. THIS ONE IS DEFINITELY NOT ONE OF THOSE - JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!!!!!!!

The cover is approaching mint condition it must be a VERY STRONG EXCELLENT - there is only a slight impression of the record and some very minimal wear on the rear which does not come through the colour to prevent me grading this MINT- the CORNERS remain sharp and unworn - again hardly ever found with this LP.

This is a GREAT RARITY especilly in this condition. This record has almost perfect vinyl which with the condition of the cover must mark this out as one of the best copies of this LP to ever appear on ebay.
