Description
This is my fully original 1970 copy of Bryter Layter bought from Selectadisc in Nottingham when first released, it has been through over 25 house moves and is in remarkable condition for its age and plays extremely well
There is a slight mark to the top right of the cover where a sticker has been removed
Matrix numbers are ILPS 9134 A-1U & ILPS 9134 B-1U showing that it was pressed at the EMI factory, Island not having their own pressing plant

I have now played the LP on the following equipment:
Rega Planar 25 turntable with RB600 tonearm and Elys 2 MMC
Rega Mira 3 amplifier (no Bass or Treble control)
KEF Q5 speakers
I can say that the LP plays very well with little discernible background noise at all. The vinyl is bright and only one or two light scuffs that do not affect playing quality.
