Nick Drake- Pink Moon 1976 - 2nd Island Records Pressing - With Mega Rare Island Catalogue + Black Die-Cut Inner Sleeve - VG+/EX
This is a mega rare second pressing of Nick Drake’s ‘Pink Moon,’ complete with an era appropriate island records catalogue and original black, die-cut island inner sleeve.
Already an extraordinarily rare lp, this early second pressing is highly sought after and very, very rarely comes up for sale. I am regretfully now having to sell it.
The era appropriate island records lp catalogue is perhaps even rarer, not available commercially and only supplied to record buyers physically within shops at the time. This is therefore, a lovely clean and complete copy.

Side A; ILPS 9184 A-1U
Side B; ILPS 9184 B-1U
Condition :
Vinyl - The record is beautiful, only having minimum wear and some light surface marks here and there, as expected for a record of its age. The lp plays all the way through with fantastic quality, a wonderful listen with lots of clarity. Minimal spindle wear and clean labels.
Sleeve - The lp sleeve is in nice condition generally, with some aged wear to edges and corners. The top right corner of the front panel (as pictured) does have a crease in it. The top of the spine is also frayed slightly (as also pictured).
No other issues however, a nice example with a clean inner. The rare original inner sleeve is unsplit with a minor tear to the centre as shown.
Overall, an incredibly rare and lovely, example of a hard to find album. Its island catalogue and inner sleeve make this a brilliant copy for any collector or Nick fan.
Will be packaged with a plastic outer sleeve and poly lined inner to protect the original. Please ask if you have any questions!
