Offered as the complete set of 3 original UK issue 12" LP's, from c.1956. Picture sleeves. Cat no.s Columbia Clef Series 33CX 10009 / 10010 / 10011
RT tax code on all three records indicates an issue date of between 27th October 1955 and 30th May 1957
All playing surfaces are shiny but do have some scuffs and light scratches on them, which cause some clicks in places. Average PLAY GRADE is VERY GOOD - with some sections playing slightly better and others slightly worse.
All three fully laminated, double half-moon flipback sleeves are worn to some degree. All three show ringwear with some creasing and wear to the edges, with some laminate peel in places. Each sleeve is shown photographed front and rear, followed by a montage of damage as is described below :
- Record 1 sleeve (pics 2, 3 and 4):
- Small section missing on the front top right corner
- Front bottom right corner is creased, and the bottom seam is split from the opening edge to half way along the bottom seam
- Spine is worn but almost fully legible
- Record 2 sleeve (pics 5 and 6)
- The best and most complete of the three sleeves
- 3cm split in the centre of the bottom seam
- Front opening edge is worn and creased, with a 2.5cm tear in the centre
- Spine is worn and illegible
- Record 3 sleeve (pics 7, 8 and 9)
- Large section missing on the front bottom right corner
- Front opening edge is very worn and creased, with a 1.5cm tear just above the centre
- The bottom seam is split (23cm) from the opening edge to over half way along the bottom seam
- Rear opening edge has a 1cm tear just above the centre
- Large split (15cm) in the centre of the spine
- BONUS record 1 SLEEVE for repairs (see picture 12)
- A spare sleeve is supplied, for record 1, which may be able to be used to repair the other three sleeves.
- Creasing and small tears on front and rear opening edges
- 3.5cm split in centre of bottom seam, and a 1cm section of the centre section of the flipback is missing
- 9cm split in centre of spine
All labels are clean (see pictures)
Poly-lined Emitex inner sleeves, no splits or tears (see pictures)
