LABEL: Cranbus

CONDITION JACKET: VG++ (Light balding on sides and corners, most notably on the upper right corner. No edge splits. See photos.)

CONDITION DISC: VG++ (Price tag residue on A-side label. Tiny sleeve scuffs on A1 and A2 that do not affect play, a small scratch on A3 that pops but plays thru without skipping, and a visibly noticeable mark on B5 that does not affect play.)

NOTES: Incredibly scarce and GREAT bay area rural psych/folk gem!

This was an early Seventies San Francisco Bay area band whose only LP was curiously released only in Canada on the Cranbus Producions label (No Catalog #) in 1973. The music is progressive psychedelic folk rock with male/female vocals,superb musicianship and beautifully crafted songs. Shelly Fox was previously in Cookin Mama and Stephen Barncard also worked with Chet Nichols and David Crosby. Kelly Bryan had earlier been in the short-lived Grootna, and later played on a couple of albums by Jesse Colin Young.
