This is a rare EARLIEST 1st Press UK from 1968 with the text in WHITE AND YES WHITE WAS THE FIRST PRINTING FOR THE FIRST PRESS AND NOT BLUE! You can read the article about this in the current JIMPRESS magazine Spring 2022 in which Jeff Gould (collector who bought the records that Jimi had in his flat after dying) in which there was a copy of the record with white text says "David King (who was the designer of the sleeve) specially told me that the first prints were all white text with the small Mitch/Noel photos.
In addition has all the rest of the characteristics of the rare 1st UK Press, A1/B1/A1/B1 and crossed matrix and inverted 613008/9 code above the normal one and altered records (record 1 sides A & D and record 2 B & C).
The vinyl in both records in this set has been visually graded to be in VERY GOOD condition.
Please see below a description of grades and note that this vinyl is over 53 years old that has been played a lot and will not transform into anything else.
The black Track labels are in excellent condition.
The gatefold laminated cover with the nude ladies is in very good condition with creases, edge, ring and corner wear.

Cover - Moderate edge/spine or ring wear. Corners may be a little blunt. Opening edge may show feathering caused by removal of record. Visible creases or laminate lift. Localised sticker removal damage.
Disc - The record has been played frequently and has noticeable surface marks, occasional light scratches and paper scuffs.
I am not a dealer but an amateur collector selling duplicated items or records that I no longer want to keep (mostly due to space). I do not clean records (other than a dust with anti-static) and unless indicated in the listing the records have been only visually inspected.
